In the interview process for a Data Engineering position at Target. Had a 1 hour call with the hiring manager and he implied I'd be going to the following round. My recruiter said it'll be an onsite with 3-4 engineers panel interview. Can anyone share their background and more on what to expect?
@cheapbro having a bad background does not mean everyone does. Left Google offer for Target and am pleased with my choice.
The compensation range the recruiter provided is something I am comfortable leaving Google for due to my current situation right now but I suspect overall Google offers more TC than Target
Maybe. Depends on grade/level of the job. Though unless you are being forced out of Google I would suggest staying there, purely based on many Google folks who joined us these final few months
