When you use DataDriven, we collect information you provide directly: your email address and display name (via Google or LinkedIn sign-in), and your learning activity within the app (challenge attempts, lesson progress, and skill assessments).

We also collect basic analytics data: pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us understand which parts of the platform are most useful and where users get stuck.

Your data is stored on secured servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

We use Google and LinkedIn OAuth for authentication. We only receive basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) and do not access your contacts, posts, or other account data. Payment processing (if applicable) is handled securely through Stripe and Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment card details.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use first-party analytics to understand platform usage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or advertising networks. Your browsing activity on DataDriven is never shared with ad platforms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including access, correction, or deletion. To make a request, email support@datadriven.io from your registered address. We'll review the request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where we have a legal basis or legitimate operational need to keep it.
