I landed an offer from Showtime for Senior Data Engineer, not sure how much they pay for this position. Also how is the gig culture and learning? I have heard some mixed reviews with learning not that solid and some issues with reorg due to acquisition.

This is my initial offer. Should I continue looking and attempt for FAANG and other Tech companies like Lyft, Stripe etc?

Showtime could be excellent for getting that streaming video experience on your CV. If you have some interviews lined up at FAANG etc I'd certainly do them but the offer seems somewhat solid.

Negotiate to a nice stage $200K TC then take it. Will increase your quality of life greatly
