How is DataDog? Interview Experience?

I’m presently working as Senior ML Data Engineer/ Software Engineer in DATA & ML

I feel pretty confident for a few Software Engineering roles at DataDog, most of them align with all my full stack background, Observability, Kubernetes. I have built out LLM Observability for my group using Azure and OpenTelemetry. Also recently DataDog launched their LLM Observability platform.

Can anyone talk about their interview background? How to get my resume to the right person? What level of LC is required?

I’m based out of NY. (Recently moved, a different reason to interview for NY based companies)
Work Remotely for my current org.
