Deutsche Bank comp expectation?

I have 3 yrs background as a data engineer, recently interviewed for Deutsche and the recruiter would be telling me in a couple of days what's the 'best' they can offer. Need some aid with what comp I should expect.

Location - Pune, India (I'm presently in Mumbai, so I will have to relocate)

My current comp is regarding 17L base + 6-6.5L bonus.

I've quoted a total comp of about 30L, but can somebody suggest what I should be expecting them to offer, realistically?

Update: They're offering me 23L base + 1L signing bonus + variable performance bonus.

How much bonus should I be expecting?

Is the offer decent?

The interviews were rather nice! The recruiter was capable to give me a good idea of what to prepare and the interviewers were friendly and helpful. Overall a positive background interviewing with them :)
They're quite slow on generating an offer although. They still haven't come back with a number.

With 3YOE they largely gonna offer you the Associate position. You could expect base between 22-25 LPA excluding PF and gratuity.
