Data Engineer (2 YOE) – How to Get Into Apple?

Hi everybody,
Cloud-based etl pipelines, and I’m a Data Engineer with 2 years of experience, primarily in Python, SQL. My goal is to join Apple as a Data Engineer, and I’d love to hear directly from those who are presently working at Apple or have gone through the process recently.
• Which tools and technologies should I focus on to match Apple’s expectations? (e.g., Spark, Presto, Airflow, Hive, distributed systems)
• How should I prepare for Apple’s Data Engineer interview process? (SQL challenges, data modeling, system design, behavioral stages)
• Could you share a roadmap skills to develop, resources to follow, and an ideal timeline to earn myself a competitive candidate for Apple?
Any initial hand tips, experiences, or prep strategies from Apple engineers would be incredibly valuable.
