Advise on Getting Data engineering role

I have been away from work for 2 yrs to take care of my children. Within this period I completed a Training in Cloud, and also built project and kept showing up on Linkedin with project I built. But still all of these has not been able to get me a Job, I am in Europe will move to the US in a year, what cloud provide will you suggest I focus on, I have done prject on AWS mainly.  I see most US companies require GCP.

I see conversation of people saying the cloud does not matter, but recruiter ask for does service with the specify provider even after saying the skills are transferable, what will be your advise to me. I genuinely  need a role
