Problem
Given a positive integer k, return the list [k*10//100, k*20//100, ..., k*100//100], i.e. each 10% milestone of k floored to an integer using integer (floor) division. The result is ALWAYS a list of exactly 10 integers, one for each milestone from 10% through 100%. For example, k=10 returns [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10] and k=5 returns [0, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5].
