## Problem

Complete the nested functions: is_passing returns True if grade >= threshold. get_letter returns 'A' for 90+, 'B' for 80+, 'C' for 70+, 'D' for 60+, 'F' otherwise. In the loop, print each grade with its letter and Pass/Fail status.
