Interview Prompt
A search-indexing step normalizes raw queries: given a string `s` and an approved vocabulary `word_dict`, decide whether `s` can be rebuilt as a gapless, back-to-back run of vocabulary terms that covers the whole string with no characters left over. Return whether at least one such full reconstruction exists.
