Our incident alerts keep firing on feeds where one event type seems to swamp everything else, and we want a check that settles it. Given `events`, one event-type string per record, return the event type that holds a majority of the feed, if any; feeds run to 500000 records, so the check can only hold a handful of values however long the feed is.
