Interview Prompt

Given a list of log lines in the format '[LEVEL] message', return a 2-element list [counts_dict, most_common_level]. counts_dict maps each LEVEL to the number of times it appears. Malformed lines (empty, no brackets, or garbled) are counted under the level 'UNKNOWN'. most_common_level is the LEVEL with the highest count; if two levels tie for the highest count, the first one encountered (insertion order) wins. For empty input, return [{}, '']. The result is a fixed-shape list: element 0 is the dict, element 1 is the most-common level string, in that exact order.

Summary

Some lines repeat themselves.
