Interview Prompt

Implement MyDeque with push_front, push_back, pop_front, pop_back, peek_front, peek_back, is_empty. Do NOT use collections.deque. A driver `run_deque_ops(operations, args)` replays a session: operations[0] is always "MyDeque" (construct the deque, result None), and each later operations[i] is a method name invoked with the positional arguments in args[i]. Return a parallel list of results: None for the constructor and for the push mutators, the returned value for peek/pop, and True/False for is_empty.

Summary

Some queues let you skip the line from both ends.

How This Interview Works

  1. Read the vague prompt (just like a real interview)
  2. Ask clarifying questions to the AI interviewer
  3. Write your python solution with real code execution
  4. Get instant feedback and a hire/no-hire decision
