Interview Prompt
We run a feature-flag platform where every flag has an owner, an on/off state, and a rollout percentage. Treat the enabled flags as fans ordered by rollout from highest to lowest, and the disabled flags as opponents ordered by rollout from lowest to highest, then pair them off by position: top fan against top opponent, second against second, and so on. For each pairing return the fan's owner and the opponent's owner.
Summary
