Interview Prompt
Each row in deploy_logs is one deployment of a service (svc_name) by an engineer (author), with a status and a deploy_at timestamp. The release team says an engineer bounced back when a deployment of theirs that got rolled back is immediately followed, in that engineer's own timeline, by a successful one. For each service, report how many bounce-backs started on it and how many different engineers pulled one off.
Summary
